im so so so tired lor...workin today is sux...plus got a headace after break..sux like hell..alrith end work at 4.30pm.went to canteen to acc XH again..slack, eat ice-cream n watch tv while waitin for JM to end...took mrt back h...
tmr work at 8 to 4...sigh,life in tis way is sux like hell man..NO LIFE!!

hmm,today work at 3pm,so was v gd to slp till mornin...hahawent to work n do nth coz no much thing need to do,its been done n ready...so once 4.30pm we went out to serve,150pax,was easy lor...nth much de..haha,aaahhhh y all china gal de,plus nt chio de...sob sob...after servin walk back to hilton frm taka wearin chef U was so powerful lor...6-7 ppl walk tgt...haha,reach hotel at 1030 den 11 end work le...relaxin day... =)

today work at 7am...was so damme tired de lor,reach at 7,didnt late or wat..help up a while till8,den chef Ho ask me to help muslim kitchen...lol,im attact to main kitchen de,y bcome muslim..nvm,oso can learn things...haha,help out de chef coz he solo today...but too buzy so still need my help...haha...eat lunch at 12.15,den went to rest..went back to muslim kitchen again to help out...cut,wash,slice..all de basic thing le...but my cuttin still sux la...can train :)work frm 7-3,but i work till 4pm,coz i wanna learn...RELI,i reli wan to learn..do u noe,once our time up,de chef ask us to go h..chef philli:yong hao,can go h leme:nvm la,i finish peelin tis potato 1stchef philli:go la,wan to peel till when?gome:aiya,i nt rushin la,nvm i peel finish 1st..3mins later,follow by few min later again.chef philli:hao,go h...no need peel le..gome: =.=''walao,tis was so gd lor..luckly 3month face a gd chef..hehe =)Labels: cuttin, eatin..., slicin, washin

2nd day of workin...hmm,at main kitchen.At 1st still tot tat de chef will b scarey de...but end up so friendly...he is oso damme exp de..y?hilton is 38 yr old,n chef is been workin there for 37 YRS...OMFG! ok la..today do cuttin n turnin all tis...easy la...still expect more tmr...haha...ytd was 1st day but nt workin...try clothes size,shoe size,n do talkin onli...listenin till wanna slp lor...tired..after ended when to cine wif jm n meet up wif eugene at KFC,eat den slack a while,meet up aisyah too..haha,chat n went h tgt...tat all...gd luck guy...dun give up...jia you to all..Labels: MAIN KITCHEN

Hmm...tis few day been slpin late ard 1-2am...n wake up at 11-12pm..was so damme GOOD lor,plus a lot SWEE dream...hehe..today went to hotel to take pay...lol,is nt out yet...shld call chef 1st,nvm..treat it as a walk walk outside... =.=back to wdl buy BK for dinner n went to COURTS to buy iron,cost me $62+..still ok la..but de iron is new,n i dunno how to use,heat too high n *PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*, i burn my black pant=.='' 0.o'' WTF !
